- Are these online or in-person lessons?
- 100% online, live, 1-on-1. Your child joins a video call from any laptop, tablet or phone — no app to install. Amine is the only teacher; every session is just him and your child.
- What age range is this for?
- Ages 7 and up. We focus on A1 right now — total beginners or kids rebuilding shaky basics. Older kids and teens are welcome too if they're at A1 level.
- What do we need to start?
- A laptop or tablet with a webcam, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for 60 minutes. Headphones are recommended but not required.
- How does the free trial work?
- It's a 15-minute video call. Amine meets your child, sees their current level, and answers any questions. No card needed, no obligation to continue.
- Can we pause or cancel?
- Yes — anytime, with no penalties. You manage it from your parent dashboard once you subscribe. Pausing freezes your billing and your weekly slot.
- What happens if we miss a session?
- We give you one reschedule per month at no extra cost. Past that, missed sessions are not refunded — that's how we can keep the recurring slot reserved for your child.
- Is the curriculum aligned to a standard?
- Yes — it follows CEFR A1, the international beginner standard for European languages. After A1 we'll add A2 (planned for later).
- Will my child get homework?
- Short, optional reinforcement (5-10 min, mostly games and audio). The bulk of the learning happens in the session itself.
- What video platform do you use?
- A custom-built Jitsi video room, embedded directly in your parent dashboard. No separate app to install, no Zoom links to lose.
